Clubber or the more alt. kinda person?

Clubber = Head to Courtney Place and pick up drunk white blond chicks there.
Alt. person = Cuba St is where you can pick up all others.

The best thing to do, is goto the Wellington airport and then take the next available flight to Auckland.

When he said cool things to do, did he mean women?

Take it from a Wellingtonian - there is nothing to do here. Te Papa sucks because it never changes, the only decent shops are out in the 'burbs, and there is just a fat lot of jack-shit left when you take those away =P Sorry! Haha.

Yeah but they're all behind the counter.[/racism]

If you're also looking for a bar for the early evening drinks Arizona on featherston st is nice, and they have this wheel thing they spin with possible epic win:

-Free fries
-Your order on the house
-Whatever you order they will double it. (2 for 1, the beauty of this being you can change your order after it lands, "lulz make that 4 beers!" *receives 8*)

And the non-epic outcome of:

-nothing

but in all honesty I have never got nothing, either fries or 2 for 1. I'm lucky. :D

Posted by DSD on 27 May 2008 10:31 am:

hah cool, never heard of that thing in Arizona. Featherston St/Lambton Quay is often overlooked when it comes to bars/pubs. Guess its a good thing.

Confidential / liquiadate are quite good places on the Terrace.

Posted by murphy on 27 May 2008 12:24 pm:

Featherston street is the alcoholic section of the CBD.

There is the Black Harp (Irish pub), The Feathers (just a pub) Leuven (Belgium Beer) then there is the D4 further down.
