This is one outstanding idea, there are various other options that kind of offer similar features (such as tablets + keyboard attachments, tablets that do have the cellular modules) but none that I have seen offer it as such a complete package.

Everyone harps on the Samsung bandwagon but ASUS seems to be the one with fresh ideas.

This has been in the rumor mill for about a year and had higher hopes.

Instead we get a phone with a phone that is physically huge, a slow processor and a terrible resolution. The rest of it is going a bit far and just seems gimmicky and fiddly.

Lol are you serious ? The S4 Snapdragon shits all over all the competition atm including the hyped up Tegra 3 http://www.anandtech.com/show/5563/...nvidias-tegra-3

If anything, the processor is one of the main redeeming points. Yes I'm quite disappointed at the screen as well but I guess the logic is that you are using the Tablet when you want to watch movies/intensive web browisng etc. But really qHD pentile.. I'm starting to move away from favoring Super AMOLED screens as the IPS stuff coming out these days is really nice.

It's also just plain ugly as well tbh.

You are getting a high end tablet and a high end phone, did people not expect it to cost as much as those two items on their own?

Still wouldn't use one if they gave it to me for free though, no desire for this gimmick!

It's really just a screen that I'm plugging a phone into. Even at the price I'm still considering it though
