Sounds a bit like Test Drive: Unlimited. Not a bad thing.

I was just thinking that I'd really like a Forza game that let you race sandbox-style around an inner-city sort of environment.

Guess I'll have to hang onto my 360 a bit longer. Hopefully it has the Eagle Talon in it.
