I bought the 3" straight alu pipes and cut it to size/hose clamped all the joiners together.

All I mean by custom is I bought the parts and started from there. Wasn't a kit or anything.

I.e. Before..

I'm doing more work on it tomorrow, I'm leaving it locked up at work until it's all fixed. The guy mechanic across the road did a pressure test on the car while I was out doing a delivery (cos' he's a massive good ****) and apparently it was at 15psi, he went and grabbed his V and went back to it and it had dropped to 12psi - he saw no water drop to the ground when looking under the car O_o He also mentioned that all the white smoke coming out of the rear is possibly steam as it vanishes unlike exhaust fumes so it's possibly water is going where it isn't meant to - he is going to do a TK test on it for me tomorrow.

I'm buying some more ATF fluids and will be topping it up again - turns out I was lied to be the company who got the engine running, he told me it was too full but it seems it was quite the opposite. As for the errors, I didn't write them down or remember them but we'll be scanning it again after we deal with the fluid issue.

We did another pressure test on the water system and it went from 15psi down to 10psi - it didn't go any lower. We didn't see any water on the ground so we've left the car in the same spot to make sure. We also did the TK test and there is no exhaust gas mixing with the water system so that rules out a blown headgasket or cracked head _b

It also looks like the knock sensor plug is broken as it keeps falling off the sensor q- Luckily I have a spare plug so I'll cut the old one off and solder the new one on.

Another test we did is watched the voltage on the O2 sensor and it was showing 0.00V - 0.2V which apparently means it could be running lean?

As for the transmission, we've topped it up with fresh fluid but I need to buy some more. I'll also be scanning it again for the error codes and getting an automatic transmission specialist to go over it.
