Noob question but can you only access the AH if you play only on your local region?

not sure if it still applies but

digital copies have a 72 hour no access to AH from time on activation.

lol was in general chat and some guy spent 13$ to get his lvl 55 wiz to 70k dps. thats like 300m or something haha

300m and he only got 70k damage... he got ripped off!

Just read the D3 forums re the same issue

I had to change my BN password or my gamertag which refreshed the account and allowed access.
