Unless they added the map editor specifically for the pc version, Id say no.

I liked the game from what I saw of it, nice bump mapping on the textures, the snow and burnt out buildings are well done. It certainly has some nice features.

Further to the review Computer Artworks have released a v1.2 patch which adds mouselook to the game. It is very similar to Max Payne I understand,.

A reason for me to replay the game once again!
