Same, bar the removal of a turbo. The Turb'd 300ZXs were VG30DETT powered.

but they did have a V6 2.0 soch turbo (same as u11 Bluebird shape)

VG20et, VG30E and VG30DE no DET for the maxi's

Perhaps you should do your homework Gauge.

The 300zx's VG has a different head, pistons, and plenty of other little differences, besides the addition of another turbo. Oil squirters for example.

Id love to get an old Cima and drop in a VG30DETT or VH41/5 tho, theyre cool old cars.

If I did, I'd use it as a parts car: take the worked engine out and fit it into my sedan, use various trim pieces and exterior bits to tidy up my coupe, and let Mettler and GaR loose to drop a VH41 into what's left :p

I see more people are discovering the 20-year rule. You have to be careful bringing cars in like that, not all are as pristine as they seem.

This is still there, the seller is hard to get hold of though. Can't figure out if it's 12AT or N/A.
