Ok look at this because i'm confident im not barking up with wrong tree on this one and Trademe aren't listening to me at all...

This guy is apparently selling 80GB PAL PS3s for $700 with 15 games. He says he is buying them in bulk; thats why he can sell them so cheaply and that he has sent the reciepts to Trademe as proof of his ownership of them. The games are as follows Oblivion, FEAR, twisted metal, nba street 2, need for speed, ridge racer 7, call of duty 3, final fantasy, devil may cry 4, metal gear solid, monster hunter 3, tekken 6, fightnight, unreal tournament 3, motor storm

tekken 6 isnt out either
he says he has these games in his possession

It's back, I'm more inclined on the he doesn't know what he's selling, as in the photo of 15 games it has Virtua Fighter 5 but he says he selling Tekken 6 so that's just one example of misleading and he's most likely selling a NTSC 60GB not the non existant PAL 80GB, TM will be getting a healthy success fee so they'd be like pfft...

becareful about PS3 auctions in general, I got scammed last year for $900 and that was a 60GB model with 3 games, well I paid my money and there was never a delivery, I went to police and trademe and contacted the court and police made arrest of the offender finally, after some 7-8 months, it was the most sressful thing I've ever had to deal with, if you are ever buying PS3 or any other expensive items on trademe, make sure you do pick up or a safe trader, so you won't get ripped off!

Sweet. Saw there was someone there who is close to being ripped off a second time too. I'd feel sorry for her if she got caught out again. But then, she did miss the huge alarm bells from the early questions.
