Man not surprised by these price points. People will still sign up for the iphone at these prices so vodafone will not drop the price.

Man this is the reason why the NZ teleco market needs to be cleaned up. I don't mind paying at fair price one which is "internationally comparable" but this is ridiculous.

If Apple want ppl to use there services like itunes etc they should set a international standard for there product.

What's the AT&T pricing? Is it around $69.95/month? That's $92 NZ, but you get SO much more for your money! Plus no stupidly large upfront fee.

better order the first gen iphone instead - especially for NZ use, you have no need for 3g anyway. my guess they will fetch for quite high prices still though

You would think with Telecoms GSM network coming online in November Vodafone would lure as many people to them with a really good phone / deal before telecom can offer the same options... but no they Shaft NZ yet again. Vodafone NZ is the most pofitable Vodafone country in the world !!! Well F... You Vodafone.... I think I may actually change to GSM telecom ASAP....
