Irrelevant. EA have a habit of arbitrarily switching off the online capabilities for their games, even for games that are not even a year old (eg Battle for Middleearth). What if SimCity 2013 is a huge flop? EA will probably switch off the servers.

DRM has never bothered me TBH. It's never a deal breaker for me like a lot of other people.

Worst - You don't have to play with anyone else, you just need to be connected to the internet (from what I've heard).

Can't see me paying $89.99+ for this game (or any game these days). I'll wait for a sale.

It's only ever been a dealbreaker for me when it's physically prevented me from playing the game.

Keen to try. The drm isn't a dealbreaker for me either unless they are running the game itself on a server like D3 in which case they can GTFO.
