This. Still missing much of the functionality of their old browser.

    Thread: Tinder (NSFW)

I have used tinder a lot while travelling.

While it is possible to get quite a few matches, 98% lose interest when they realised I was just a tourist. Only really managed to meet up with one...

Hatched three eggs so far, got the Grimer, Iceshrew and the Meowth. Still want the Ice Fox but believe it is the rarest.

    Thread: Pokemon GO

Started playing again while travelling about a month back, game has changed a lot, but at the same time has changed very little. Many of the old problems still remain. Was crazy seeing gyms nearly...

    Thread: Headlamp Reccomendations

Red light is pretty common, I would guess maybe a quarter of them would have it.

    Thread: Headlamp Reccomendations

I use mine heaps, for tramping, fishing, night runs, walking the dog, shooting possums, night photography, when working on my car (I use cheap ones for that, don,t want to get my oil on my good ones).

    Thread: Headlamp Reccomendations

There is a massive selection, and they are all pretty good. I personally like having a red light option, it does not seem to attract moths and other flying insects as bad as the white lights.

Thread: Are there any tricks to buying airfare that I'm missing?

Yeah, Nelson is a bit cheaper. But have not seen it cheap enough to justify the hassle of getting there and back again.

If I had to get a family member to drop me off, and pick me up it would...

Thread: Are there any tricks to buying airfare that I'm missing?

Travel agents are really only useful when booking complicated flights. Often using two or more carriers or going to obscure destinations.

Earlier this year I wanted to book flights from...

Thread: Android owners thread - [No Trolls]

It is only 4mm wider than my old Sony, but the difference is obvious. I wear XXL gloves so my hands are big. Maybe I do have short thumbs.

For example when my thumb reaches across to select the...

    Thread: Midrange android phone suggestions

I own the Nokia 8, got it from the HN sale, it is a really nice phone. The build quality seems to be good, plus it does not get anywhere near as hot as my previous phones. Very pleased with it.

Thread: Android owners thread - [No Trolls]

Got a Nokia 8 a few days back, such a nice phone to use. Even with my big hands, it is slightly too large for single hand use which is a shame.

Great battery life, very responsive, the camera...

The two best phone deals I have seen are the Nokia 8 for $686 at Harvey Normans (available on-line), while the Samsung A5 is at a very good price $449 but store pick up only.

Thread: Is it worth replacing old monitors just because they are old?

Thanks, pretty certain they are IPS and are 1920 x 1080 resolution. So would keep them for a couple of years, no need to upgrade just for the sake of upgrading.

Thread: Is it worth replacing old monitors just because they are old?

Still unsure on budget, but I normally try and get a quality mid range product. Currently using two monitors, and quite like that set-up.

I use the computer for editing photos, web surfing and...

Thread: Is it worth replacing old monitors just because they are old?

My monitors are nearly eight years old ( LG W2253TQ), and I was wondering how much have monitors actually improved since then.

They both seem to be working fine and have given no trouble, but...
