Lower class people didn't like the immigrants and upper class people didn't like the Europeans.

It was a match made in heaven.

    There's no way they're leaving now, it's a fiasco.

Mind you, it's wonderful for the Europeans after hundreds of years years of being condescended to.

I don't see it as any different from general election where neither major party can form a stable government.

When it's obvious it's not going to work for whatever reason, the politicians kick it...

It's a prime example of what happens when you decide something important by a simple majority.

It's Cameron's fault that it wasn't required to be at least 60/40.

Nuclear power generation might kill us, but continuing to burn fossil fuels is certain to.

Surely it's a personal opinion that you have of someone.

Merkel should take the whole credit for this.

Her response to the European refugee/immigrant crisis was completely wrong headed.

She committed every other European country to a course of action...

    Not sure about that.

Europe stopped being the centre of the Universe a long time ago.

The money will go where it wants.

Another reason not to hold referendums, hugely divisive results.

It's what turkeys say when there's a vote for an early Xmas.

Say more than half the country smokes and they win a referendum on banning smoking.

Should the smokers carry the day?

    Of course...
