Finished Balefire, by Kenneth Goddard. It actually turned out to be rather awesome. It was written in 1982, so the terrorists are all arabs, and women belong in the kitchen

Starting Contest by Matthew Reilly next.

I'm still working through the Dune series - Heretics of Dune, then I have Catch 22 lined up (its on Whitcoulls top 100 and I had a voucher, plus I've heard good things about it).

Enjoy it bro - Waylander is the sh*t!

There are a couple of other Waylander books too, I think, but only one more that I know of where he is the main character in the story. In this one, Waylander is old, and the events are many years after Waylander II.

Sorry, cant remember the title, but the cover had 3 people on it, 2 guys (one of whom was Waylander with his crossbow) and a chick. You might enjoy it, a really good read. Like the other two books I could not put it down.

Pretty good, have you seen the tv series of it the BBC did? I'd have to rate American Gods as way better though.

Currently reading "Kingdom Come" by JG Ballard (the guy who wrote Empire of the Sun.) This dude is seriously down on shopping malls.

I've finished all 6 Amtrak Wars books. They're still awesome. Pity there's no show of the series being finished

Now I'm reading A Game of Thrones. For about the fourth time. I'm still picking up stuff I missed before. There are so many hints about stuff that happens later on.
