    According to Stuff today, definitely not a teacher who's Husband only works part time and they've lived rent free with their parents for 5 years.

    It also depends what they are defining as 'wellington' as well

    Cause I reckon the only reason why the median price is so low is cause they are counting the hutt, porirua etc as 'wellington' even though they really aren't.
    probably like another 100-200k for the median price for wellington itself
