Well really not looking good at all, things have gotten worse. Really really sucks!

My poor wife is going to be absolutely broken. And its just so sad, she had so much life left in her, we though at least another 2-3 years. She was such a happy active dog.

Beat guard dog you could ever want. And an even better Friend

Vet said it was cancer. And she had it when she had the issues last year and was amazed she lasted 15 months. Super sad day.

RIP, sorry to hear ludez. I had to put my cat down in December for the same thing, with only a weeks notice that he had it, so I know how it feels

Thanks all. Been a very hard day, we opted to cremate her and have a box made for her to be with us.

Worst part was telling my 7 year old son. He didn't take it well

This morning my Old Girl had a seizure. Scariest 3 minutes of my life.
Rushed her to the Vet and had blood tests done the first of which have come back clear but at nearly 14 its likely to be old age or Cancer

We had to do our GSP because he kept blowing his load in his sleep. He had no issues apart from that, but it was out of control.
We wanted to keep them until he finished growing at ~18 months, but it was done at around 15 months.

Nice. I've thought about doing that, but I want to get another cat, so that has stopped me.

Took him to the vet this morning. Grade 6 heart murmur, have opted to not investigate further with scans and just let him live out his days. Vet seemed to think he may have a few months left, and there is a reasonable chance he'll just pass away overnight which seems like a fairly peaceful way to go.

    Here he is today:

This guy made it much longer than expected, sadly passed yesterday, 2 months short of his 16th birthday. Shortly after the heart murmur a tumor grew on his leg, had that tested and it was cancer and was informed it will spread. He lasted another 18 months or so, but a suspected nasal tumor resulted in a constant nose bleed for the last couple of weeks, and yesterday he started having difficulty breathing. Sad times

Aww, RIP puppy. Almost 16 is a long life for a pupper, and no doubt it was a very happy one.

Oh, I just love dogs, they are the coolest creatures in the world! I had a dog Astra once and I can't even think about getting another dog after Astra passed away a year ago... I've found her near an old house in my area when she was a little puppy. She was covered with fleas, hungry and exhausted. A couse of flea medication and a proper diet helped her and she lived with me for almost 8 years. I'll always miss her.
