    This thread serves as a one off log for each user to track exactly where you are at progress-wise, and a quick compare to other GP users.

    One post per user to keep it clean.

    You can also add any other stats you have on hand as you edit your post such as height / weight / bf% etc.

    Being that we are editing daily, feel free to copy pasta someone elses format as you go. Not all routines are measured the same, such as weight lifted, height jumped, time taken to complete etc.

    You can also include comments on that particular workout, but it must remain within the same post. Lets keep other chatter to the Goals/Resolutions thread (unless you are perhaps in direct competition with someone elses numbers).
