    you: I bought a copy of Battlefield 3 limited edition but upon entering my seiral key it is appearing as just a regular edition
    you: this was from a retail store as well ... i also entered my key for the specact kit but none of it is showing in game
    Vishal: In this case you have to contact your retailer
    you: ive tried contacting them and they said there was nothing they could do and i should contact you guys
    Vishal: But the copy has been provided by them only

    Sometimes. The person I spoke to said it wasn't a problem caused by EA, said that it was the retailers fault(playtech). Then closed the chat.

    Just try again until you get a decent rep.

    The first rep I talk to last night was absolute crap with NO CLUE what she was doing, got lucky on my 2nd try this morning. You can usually tell by whether they rely completely on canned responses or not.

    I am always courteous and polite, but I did have to get a bit assertive and blunt towards the end as they were just fobbing me off to the retailer, the guy I had yesterday was much better, might try again at some point if I have some time to kill.
