    Yes.

    Except VR is 80Hz or greater, so wouldn't fall within the 60p recommendation.

    Looking to upgrade from my 4670k fairly soon, is the 10th gen Intel due to be releasing later this year or would it be worthwhile to just go for the 9700k now.

    If you can find a 4890 just drop that in. Devils Canyon is only a few percent behind skylake in gaming.
