Apple iOS sends any caller or texter who contacts me while driving an automated message that I'm am driving and will contact them at the next available time.
Yes Android does that as well.

Prob depends on the vendor. It's called Android Auto on my Google phone

It's Android Auto on every phone. It's been around for years.

So there really is no excuse for using your mobile phone while driving.

I use mine, just via voice commands.

Anyone got a fiber modem suggestion? I've bricked like 4 spark ones in 2 months. Have to keep hard rebooting them to get connection back.

You don't need additional software to achieve that anyway. Nobody is forced to touch their cellphone if it rings while they're driving. That's what voice mail/missed call information is for.

I'd probably look at the Ubiquiti stuff these days

Just watch out for when you run on a vlan (slingshot/voda) because sometimes it disables offloading meaning the cpu might not keep up for speeds over 150ish.

Well, that's what happened on my edgerouter and we spend a few hours figuring out how to enable the offload in console so that I could get my full speed interwebs working.

    Once setup though...bulletproof.

I'm using a Asus RT-AC86U which I can't remember where it came from (I definitely didn't buy it though) on a 1Gb plan and it's been solid as a rock.

Microsoft has just announced the XBox One Sad .

I'm guessing it's sad because it lost its Blu-Ray player.

Microsoft really do suck at the whole naming thing.

    Maybe start from scratch:
    XBox Pro (XBox One X)
    XBox One (XBox One S)
XBox Digital (XBox One Sad )

    The next one can be
    XBox Pro 2
XBox One 2 (or XBox 2)
    XBox Digital 2

Xbox One SAD is probably the funniest tech thing I've seen for a while.
