They could implement vast the smart AI they had on earlier builds and more complex AA and LX.
But with all the DLC included they don't really need to add anything else.

except for 3D which they did an amazing job with in Uncharted 3, that's what I'd buy it for.

When approached, a representative for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe provided Joystiq with the following statement: "'At no time have we announced that
The Last of Us
is coming to PS4 and therefore, have nothing to say on the subject."
