Are Android watches any good? Not the smart watches that you pair with Android phones, the actual watch brand name Android.

  5. Post
Android is an operating system not a brand. Don't you mean watches that run Android OS?

  6. Post
He means the watch brand android, which does exist despite you not knowing about it and saying that it doesn't.

A number of brand are using Wear OS now by Google, i've been testing one last week and it's really not my thing. I think the only time a smart watch as they call it would be good would be a the gym.

Yeah this. It's an actual brand formed in 1991, so well before the operating system. I have a line one for $50, an AD384, which looks quite cool but know nothing about the brand.

Again, we're not talking about smartwatches or google or android OS.

Legend. Thanks for that man. For $50, I think I'll give it a go. Want it for work so I don't smash up my decent watches.

    Didn't know this brand existed

Missed out on it in the end due to procrastinating for too long, so won't be able to provide any opinions on it (I'm not a watch expert, so they'd largely be uninformed anyway). Oh well, wasn't meant to be!

My Citizen BL-1243-00A went through a cold wash, rinse, and spin and then into the dryer and all it lost was a strap. I got this watch to mark the date I became a New Zealand Citizen on 29 May 2011. It therefore has special significance to me, I would have hated to have it die on me.

A little rich for me unfortunately. Are you in Rototuna, and does your surname start with an N? Popped up on my FB feed, and seems too coincidental to be someone different.

Now, excuse me while I stalk your ass!
