Shadowkeep is out Oct 1st. You can pre-load New Light now on Steam.

I'm jumping back in with New Light and Shadowkeep. When Forsaken gets put on sale on Steam I hope that it's reasonably priced.

@IST. You coming to PC, man? We've got cross-save now, bring over your Guardians and we'll jam!

Definitely bro, gonna jam on both: cross save is awesome sauce: I'm not doing the Redrix/Recluse grind twice!!

Question: Will my Bnet guardian still be around on Steam (from PC beta) or will I need to start up anew?

Also, I need to buy everything again eh? (So Forsaken+SeasonPass +Shadowkeep+SeasonPass with New Light)...tad confusing.

Think I'm gonna main my PS4 since it's in my comfy spot, but defo will play both once I've rebought up to speed on PC.

What happens if I don’t sign up to move my Guardians to Steam?
Unfortunately, Destiny will no longer be available on Blizzard’s Battle.net after October 1. We hope you’ll follow us to our new home to continue your journey. It just wouldn’t be the same without you.

Which Destiny 2 purchases will transfer over from Battle.net to Steam?
The move from Battle.net to Steam will include a one-time transfer of ALL Destiny 2 content that a player already owns. These will include Player Accounts, Destiny 2, Expansions, Silver, Annual Pass, etc.

Did I miss the window to transfer my character to steam? I keep getting some authentication error.

    Try a different web browser.
It's October 1 and my Guardians, Silver, licenses didn't transfer to Steam, what can I do?
Any PC player who does not see their Guardians, Silver, or licenses on Steam after maintenance concluded on October 1 at 10 AM PDT should manually perform PC Migration. Players can get started by clicking the button at the top of the page.

Shadowkeep is great, a little obtuse at times, but great.

If you haven't played Destiny before, now's good, and free.

Shadowkeep has a virtually non-existent plot and is boring. Much of the campaign is gated behind stereotypical "fetch me a bunch of animal pelts" MMO menial tasks.

For whatever reason if you own both it and Forsaken you can't do the older content first. God forbid people wanting to do the most well regarded story content in the game first, eh?

I recently finished replaying Halo: Reach through the recent PC port and its leagues better than whatever was on offer with Shadowkeep. Bungie is truly a shadow of its former self.
