Mobile CPU's and GPU's are not the equivalent of their desktop parts, so don't be fooled by that.

PC Force has a builder too. I'd start with the 1149 gaming one and add extras.

But yeah generally the best deals are only on components. Prebuilts aren't that competitive most of the time.

You looked at the stock levels? There is a reason it was that price, it was on clearance by the looks.
    re laptop on previous page.

I tried the laptop gaming route but it wasn't for me. If you don't need the portability then definitely go desktop the performance bump is totally worth it.

Have pm'd yah regarding the win 10 key.

Get the K edition of the CPU, will only cost $40 extra. Being able to OC will mean your next upgrade will be a new graphics card instead of a completely new PC.

No other options I can see. Especially if you're just going to start a new thread each time you save more money. Just seems like a waste of time to offer advice really.

Not sure if this one has been posted but I broke down the components into pricespy and the end cost came out near enough the same - https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/WKS...Core12-Threads

Any thoughts? Is this a good PC for 1080p 60fps gaming?

    Cheers guys

Should be sweet as for 1080P 60fps.
For the ram, get it changed to a 2x 8GB kit if possible.

Some of your guys suggestions has no windows for 1500 or Windows included for 1800 would it be worth it to save a little more money and buy on of these? Anything else to consider.

    What is your max budget?

-edit, buy this one while its on special http://www.computerlounge.co.nz/comp...p?partid=29078
Would be easy enough to get a hard drive chucked in for storage.

An RX 560 definitely isn't a gaming GPU by any stretch.

Can take this for $1400, only has a token GPU, though. Would need an upgrade to game.
