    Unfortunately this isn't as simple as just clicking a button. Listening on 443 and deploying a certificate to the load balancer is the easy part. But also every link/resource on the site (including CDN'd assets) has to be updated to use https URLs or it will create security warnings.

    I don't "work here" any more so it's hard to find the time for projects like this. But I agree this should have been done years ago, and with upcoming changes to Google Chrome ("Starting October 2017, Chrome (version 62) will show a 'NOT SECURE' warning when users enter text in a form on an HTTP page") we're going to have to prioritise this. So expect this to be sorted soon.

    Not sure if related to the fix but for the last couple of days I've noticed funny fonts and icons being used on the forums. Happening on both my PC using Firefox (this does have various add-ons that might interfere) and on my tablet using Chrome (no add-ons). Screenshot attached.

    You're lucky, this is what it's doing to Chrome & Safari on my IPad. Am only able to browse using the Adblock browser now.
