End of The Fxxxing World [Netflix]

Anyone seen this , its a British show deliberately made to look American based on a graphic novel and it has a great sound track. Very dark , violent and funny . Well worth a watch , reminds me a bit of Utopia in its style.

Was literally just watching the trailer and trying to decide if this looked worth watching. That comment alone means I'll give it a chance. Seriously why didn't they renew Utopia, it was awesome.

Hated the cliff hanger ending. Didn't get much of a Utopia feel but it's been a couple of years since I watched it.

Good show, but like Galent said. Ruined by the ending.

I thought the ending was alright. What accent does the girl have?

I still have three more episodes but I'm enjoying this. Appreciate how trimmed it is, no bloat at all and very easy to binge all 8 episodes.

At first it seemed maybe a bit of a shock-and-awe type affair but the last few episodes have really opened up much deeper character traits & motivations.

    Also... SUPERHANDS!

Very easy marathon to go through last night, lots to enjoy. Dude looks a bit like a very young Hugh Grant.

Don't really understand why this is a TV show and not just a 2 hour movie?

Great show and I thought the ending was good (unless you want it to be left open to drag out, but it was a good story in itself).

Yeah I don't know - It really was just like a movie split into 8 parts.

2 hours & 40 minutes is possibly a bit long for that genre of movie though? that would be my guess.

Also with the entertainment landscape these days... maybe people are more interested in clicking a series than a movie....

I really enjoyed this series, but to me, the ending seemed like the worst kind of Shortland Street-esque cliffhanger .....

    Spoiler:

Just seemed like it was being left totally wide open for a second season.

Is anyone familiar with the graphic novel? Or novels? Does the story carry on beyond the TV series?
