    Spark Sport by Spark New Zealand Trading Limited https://itunes.apple.com/nz/app/spar...454468968?mt=8

    I just searched Spark Sport, and there it was.

    I thought I saw elsewhere this morning that it was.

    Try this.

    Okay. I read yesterday they didn't have it ready yet and would be touch and go whether they would have it ready in time for the start of the F1. And they haven't put a link to it on that page either, just the Apple store.

    I'm in Rugbypass happyness now. Not cheap as I'd hoped, but cheaper, and I can cancel month by month. And it will have the RWC.

    Isnít RWC separate though?

    Edit. It is.

    Spark Sport will also bring you Rugby World Cup 2019 in September. Pricing for our Rugby World Cup 2019 is separate from your monthly subscription and set to be announced soon. Keep an eye out for more details.

    Hmmm... you sure RugbyPass have the RWC?

    I got a response from one of their support team last month, with the following confirmations:
    (1) They don't have the broadcasting rights to RWC 2019, but, are hoping to secure them for all live events
    (2) The payment structure for RWC 2019 (assuming they get it) has not been determined yet

    Perhaps, the above situation has changed since that response?

    I dunno, was on their website with a countdown and a title "Rugby World Cup | Official Live Rugby Online Streaming Partner", no mention of a different price.

    I was going to sign up to RugbyPass but after using Kayo sports it doesn't make sense. Kayo is around the same price but covers 50 different sports.

    Curious.

    They have pages dedicated to the RWC on their site (non-VPN access):
    * https://www.rugbypass.com/rugby-world-cup/

    However, when I go to their Schedule page, and select the All Competitions drop-down:
    * https://watch.rugbypass.com/schedule
    It doesn't show any RWC item (there is an International selection, but, that shows up empty).

    Perhaps, you could email them yourself to get a confirmation of what exactly the current situation is?

    Interesting...

    It says they also have rights to RWC 2019.

    Do you need a VPN for the streaming servers?

    You do need a VPN I'm using Nord. It is surprisingly cheap. And the quality is great. I'm sure Kayo will have RWC as they use Fox Sports. They have a free trial definitely worth a look.

    A DNS service seems to work just fine. I don't trust full VPN services.

    Which DNS service would you recommend?

    Spark sport is showing FP1,2,and 3. As is Duke OnDemand.

    I assume I can watch the practices later on with on demand as I don't think I will be finishing work until around 8pm?

    Yup. The Spark Sport OnDemand coverage is available immediately.

    Quite impressed with the video quality of spark sport. Anybody know what FPS the F1 races are filmed in? 50?

    Looking forward to other sports they'll get the rights for

  24. Post
    Does the spark side of it have the entire sky sports f1 coverage, or only what is being shown on TVNZ?
    It will be shit if they aren't showing the pre/ post race coverage too.

    So Kayo is pretty mean eh - they explicitly support multiple simultaneous users ("within Australia") so you can share an account with a friend (or two, if you go for the premium package) - brings it down to ~$12 a month
