LG TV changes to sight impaired audio when new program starts

So, weird problem with this tv, whenever the current show ends and a new one starts, the tv changes its audio from the default to the impaired one, which is basically a voice describing everything thats happening.

I can't find any settings to change this. Does anyone know anything about this please? It's very irritating.

Tv is probably around a year old or just under, it's a 55inch webOS 4k thing.

Also is this Freeview or Sky? UHF Aerial or Satellite Dish? Does it happen when watching titles in Lightbox/Netflix/Freeview on Demand?

Only happens when watching freeview, UHF aerial, and ony certain channels. Can't remeber which channels off the top of my head but it's the main ones, eg 1, 2 and 3.

there is nothing common. There are definitely settings around changing the accessibility stuff e.g hearing, visual impaired etc. I haven't got a modern LG TV in the workshop at the moment. You could try calling their customer care and discussing with them - https://www.lg.com/nz/support

They have a live chat interface so theres also that.
