    The Passage [Fox]

Been seeing a lot of hype for this show.

A secret government-funded medical facility creates a new virus that could end all diseases but could also end mankind. Believing a young child is the key, FBI Agent Brad Wolgast (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) is tasked to bring in Amy Bellafonte (Saniyya Sidney) to the facility, but he begins to have second thoughts and they go on the run in this series based on Justin Cronin's trilogy of book of the same name.

I read the first two books about 6 years ago, and loved them. They were huge reads, and a massive commitment (I'm not really a reader)

Never got around to reading the last one, as it came about about two years ago.

Interesting to see how this series goes, however.

Have you finished watching the season yet? I watched it last night. Very curious how it stacks up against the books. Seemed like in the final episode the overall aim was to jump as many sharks as possible and change as much as they could but maybe it was intended and they just skipped big segments of the book explaining things?
