    F&^K back injuries....

excuse the rant but damn...been living with this for 25 years and it's getting worse.

Go for a dump this morning. Stand up after business taken care of...and....haven't been able to walk properly since. So sick of this pain and sh$t.

Anyone else out there living with chronic pain/fatigue?

PS - not really interested in solutions as I've tried everything (of course not really, but feels like it right now and just interested in venting).

well, you get older, shit happens.

I'm 42 but occasionally get injuries however I take pretty good care of myself. exercise diet and sleep.

You didn't want remedies, but damn try some stretching, yoga and chiropractor. Works well for me i feel fn great.

Lol. Well I didn't chuck a shit before my back tweaked. I think I just picked something up from the driveway and then only got half way back up.

    That's a sweet b'day cake.

I definitely got a few good wipes in. I'd say I'm about 92% clean. Maybe some poo fibres in the corners of the crack. I should have used wet wipes. They always get the job done quicker. Or...condition those bum hairs...then the pooh just slides off those oily hairs. #poohchatdoneright

I like starting with standard 3-ply and finishing up with a wet wipe or two.

I have some back thing which comes on randomly every ~12mo, lasts for 6 - 10 days making moving anything horrendously painful then comes right randomly overnight. Been like that for about 17 years. never seen anyone about it. Figure If it gets worse, more regular or doesn't sort itself then I'll look into it more.

My back can be quite stiff and sore in the morning. Gotten heaps better with the purchase of a new bed.

My back will get tweaked once a year or two. Physio looked at my xray said I was sweet. Inflammation of a facet joint or something. My GP looked at my xray and reckoned early signs of wear and tear, signs of arthritis. \_(ツ)_/

Well basically just have no other option, yeah it sucks badly but can't much. Still waiting for a diagnosis on it. Pain is worse then a broken arm everyday all day

i came out of a rugby tackle about 4 years ago with a prickly numb arm and had to have a fusion done in my neck,
the nerve never healed and i have permanent damage down my neck shoulder and left arm
no motor control of my scapula, arm weighs a tonne, constant pain, constant distraction acknowledging that pain, mood swings, temper, fatigue, alcoholism in the early days.
having an active lifestyle ripped out from under my feet played a huge toll on my mental state, needed prof help to get through.

    you'll be alright.

Yep my mental state was very affected. Went from being a nearly professional athlete to nothing. Taken me a long time to come to grips with what's wrong with me and that it's never going to change.

Pretty hard to swallow but it could be worse.

The doctors and specialists all say that I should not have been playing seniors at 15 especially because of my weight but I disagree completely because it wasn't even rugby that I and the injury it was at work.

    Man, GPOD getting old

Always wondered about bidets. Makes sense, not to clean poo with a dry paper. Wet wipes aren't good the environment.

I always worry about the splash particles. I can't hold my breath very long.
