    A lot of skilled potential hires effectively rule out working in the gaming industry these days (and rightly so) due to working conditions and the low chance of releasing a successful/profitable product in such a competitive/saturated market. Aspiring devs and creatives are finally becoming broadly aware that professional game dev "ain't all it's cracked up to be". If you want our industry to grow faster you gotta find a way to address this stuff.
